Role Overview
At Pair Eyewear, I led the creative for high-profile collaborations, including the Disney Princess collection — a launch that produced some of the brand’s best-performing paid social content on Meta and TikTok.

In my role as Senior Graphic Designer, I combined creative direction and hands-on design to bring a more refined, fashion-inspired look to the brand’s e-commerce and wholesale marketing.

I oversaw the development of scalable design systems, mentored designers, and executed campaigns across email, web, motion, and paid social, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflected the updated brand aesthetic.

Loyalty

Disney Princess Collaboration
I led creative direction and design for the Disney Princess collaboration, producing cohesive assets across paid social, email, and web. The campaign generated some of the best-performing paid social content in company history, running across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.

Brand Relaunch & Design Systems
I oversaw the marketing design transition to an evolved brand identity, redesigning templates, email flows, and landing pages for a more elevated aesthetic. I also managed updates to the component library to keep e-commerce and wholesale materials consistent.

Campaigns & Automated Flows
I developed campaign and automated flow designs spanning image-based, HTML, promotional, and transactional formats. Layouts were refreshed to reflect the rebrand and improve visual clarity across high-volume weekly sends. My designs for transactional email flow increased click-through rate and revenue per message.

Landing Pages for Key Launches
I designed landing pages for major product drops and category launches, aligning visuals with the new branding and optimizing for conversion. I worked primarily with the CRM team, with occasional support from the site team.

Motion Graphics & Paid Assets
I created light motion graphics and paid social assets to extend campaign reach beyond core e-commerce channels. Designs were adapted for CRM, organic social, and occasionally e-commerce placements.

Multi-Team Campaign Coordination
I collaborated with design, site, CRM, social, and acquisition teams to deliver cohesive assets for launches, promotions, and strategic brand moments, such as the launch of the Pixar | Pair collaboration. I ideated the visual direction and executed on assets across platforms, coordinating overlapping timelines to keep deliverables moving smoothly.

Team Development & Design Leadership
I directed and supported junior designers and freelance creatives, ensuring design quality and brand alignment across projects. Working closely with me, junior designers refined their moodboards, image selections, typography and visual hierarchy. I also trained new team members on Figma, Replo, Air, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite.
